By pressing the face detection button on FinePix cameras you can zoom in on detected faces in photos one by one during playback to check focus and brightness. By zooming in on a single face you can trim/save a "portrait" shot all in the camera. It can also help backlit subjects by automatically optimises the exposure on the detected faces.
